What it is

Invitations here go to hundreds of guests over WhatsApp, often in three languages at once. Makateeb gives every guest a personal link and tracks who answered.

What I built

  1. Invitation pages that open like a real envelope, in English, Arabic, Hebrew, German and Spanish.
  2. Guest lists from CSV or XLSX, households with several numbers, RSVP tracking.
  3. WhatsApp sending with retries and a watchdog: 250 guests in about 100 seconds, no duplicates.
  4. Payments in shekels through Stripe and Grow.

Where it is now

Live at makateeb.net since 2024, with real events, real guests and real payments.
